Cancellation and modification conditions depend on the rate, reservation type, and booking channel selected at the time of booking.

If you need to modify or cancel your reservation, please contact us as soon as possible or use the cancellation or modification options provided by the booking platform through which the reservation was made.

Failure to comply with applicable check-in requirements may result in delays or the inability to accommodate the guest.

Guests are expected to use the property, rooms, facilities, and equipment responsibly and with reasonable care.

Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property, furniture, equipment, or other facilities through intentional, negligent, or inappropriate behavior.

Guests must respect other guests, staff, neighbors, and the surrounding environment.

Guests must also comply with any reasonable instructions given by Pure House On The Lake staff for safety, security, or proper operation of the property.

Guests must comply with the house rules communicated before or during their stay.

Pure House On The Lake is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings except where liability cannot legally be excluded.

Pure House On The Lake shall not be responsible for failure or delay in performing its obligations where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

Such circumstances may include, where applicable, natural disasters, severe weather, government restrictions, public emergencies, power or telecommunications failures, civil disturbances, or other unforeseeable events.

In such circumstances, we will make reasonable efforts to communicate with affected guests and determine an appropriate solution according to the circumstances and applicable booking conditions.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that the information displayed on our website is accurate and up to date.

However, photographs, descriptions, availability, prices, and other information may occasionally change or contain inaccuracies.

We reserve the right to update website content, services, facilities, prices, and availability without prior notice.

We do not guarantee that the website will always be available, uninterrupted, or free from technical errors.

When a reservation is made through a third-party booking platform, that platform's own terms and conditions may also apply.
